When we were tasked with building one-on-one relationships with guests of The Cosmopolitan, we knew we had to do something different.

That’s where Rose comes in—The Cosmopolitan’s AI and resident mischief-maker. Guests discover her calling card at check-in, and with a few messages, she can restock your towels, snag you hard-to-get dinner reservations, or give you a tour of The Cosmopolitan’s world-renowned art collection. But she’s more than a digital concierge, she’s the guests’ ultimate insider. Rose recommends the best dishes, reveals off-menu items, and can even get you special access to the hottest nightclubs and shows. Ask nicely, and she’ll even play games with you like two truths and a lie to reveal everything you didn’t know about The Cosmopolitan.

Our team developed a whole mythology for her and a personality which we’ve used to craft her distinctive responses and look. She’s lived a life of legends and she uses that storytelling approach to give guests their best stories.
